Rebid
A recurring event where an existing security contract goes back out for competitive bidding.
Rebids happen every 1–3 years on most commercial contracts. Incumbents lose contracts they're actually performing on when they can't produce evidence — DARs, incident history, KPI trend data — during the review. Rebids are won on documentation, not relationship.
How SNTNL uses it
SNTNL packages the rebid evidence bundle automatically: 12-month KPI trend, incident summary, tour completion rate, exception log. The incumbent walks into the review with the receipts.
