About SNTNL

We built SNTNL because we needed it ourselves

SNTNL was born inside Ranger Guard, a working security operator. We spent years running contracts, defending billable hours, arguing with clients on audit day, and watching margin leak through unverified overtime. So we built the platform we wished existed — and then productized it for other operators.

The founding story is simple: tracking wasn't proof. Our supervisors could see where guards were on a map. Our clients still asked us to prove that the work had happened. The two questions look similar. They aren't.

After losing hours we couldn't defend and contracts we couldn't renew, we started rebuilding the operating model around evidence. Every shift is enforced. Every stop has proof. Every hour on an invoice is backed by something a client will accept and a lawyer can read.

Once the model worked inside our own guarding operation, other operators asked to use it. SNTNL is what came out of that — a proof-of-service platform, still built and stress-tested inside a real guarding company, now sold to operators who are tired of losing margin in the gap between tracking and proof.

    Operating Principles

    How we decide

    Built inside a working operator

SNTNL was built inside Ranger Guard, an operating security company. Every workflow started as a real supervisor's problem before it became a product feature.

    Proof-first, not tracking-first

We don't ship features that make guards look busier. We ship features that make hours defensible. If a client asks 'prove it', SNTNL is the answer.

    Guard experience is a feature

The best operations software in the world is useless if the guard app is painful to use. Offline-first, one-tap, and fast enough that the field actually adopts it.

Ship what operators will pay us back for

Our roadmap is scored against operator ROI, not vendor lock-in. If a feature doesn't recover an hour, defend a contract, or eliminate a supervisor drive, it doesn't ship.

    About SNTNL

    Common questions

Both. SNTNL was born inside Ranger Guard, an operating security company, and was productized once the internal workflows had been proven against real contracts and real client audits. That operator DNA is a feature, not a marketing line — it's why the workflows fit an operator's day, not a general-purpose SaaS pattern.
