Verifiable evidence that contracted security services were actually delivered.
In physical security, "proof of work" is the evidence trail — verified tours, timestamped photos, acknowledged post orders, incident logs — that shows a contract was fulfilled. It's what stops clients from asking "what am I paying for?" and what protects margin during rebids.
