    Tour Verification

Proof that a security officer physically completed a required patrol route.

Tour verification is the mechanism that proves an officer actually walked a route — not just clocked in. Historically done with pipe scanners or NFC tags, it now uses GPS breadcrumbs, geofenced checkpoints, and photo capture with EXIF timestamps. Without verification, "we patrolled" is just a claim.

    How SNTNL uses it

SNTNL uses geofenced checkpoints plus timestamped photo capture. Missed or short tours surface immediately in the ops feed and roll into the client-facing DAR — no manual reconciliation.
