    Shift Handoff

The structured transfer of information between outgoing and incoming security officers.

Shift handoffs communicate open incidents, pending tasks, visitor status, equipment notes, and client requests between shifts. Weak handoffs cause dropped incidents and repeated client complaints; strong ones make multi-shift posts feel like one continuous operation.

    How SNTNL uses it

SNTNL builds handoff notes into the shift close-out flow. Outgoing officers flag items for the incoming shift; the incoming officer acknowledges each on clock-in.
