    Access Control

Systems and procedures that determine who can enter a physical space and when.

Access control covers everything from a locked door with a key to enterprise badge systems, biometric readers, and visitor management. In staffed environments, officers are the escalation point when the system fails or flags an anomaly.

    How SNTNL uses it

SNTNL logs officer-mediated access events — visitor sign-in, denied entry, tailgating flags — as first-class events tied to the shift, not just free-text notes.
